INTERFACE design for biosphere expeditions

Consultation, website and interface design for this award-winning wildlife conservation and voluntourism organisation: Biosphere Expeditions experienced a decline in the number expedition bookings and wished to encourage twice as many people to sign up via their website. Next to known factors such as the rise of voluntourism organisations competing for business, analytics revealed that the website was not reaching enough of BE’s niche customer base. Closer inspection showed that a misguided SEO campaign was driving a volume of hits from the wrong people. Also, a review of customer-facing communications led owners and partners to agree to a more user-friendly and contemporary style for the website, expedition briefing documents and email communications.

A NEW WEB / MOBILE PRESENCE for BofA    

Working with a core group of designers, I contributed visual interface design for various UX concept projects at Bank of America. However, generating visual design by project cycle was not conducive to creating a consistent, brand aligned visual presence across the bank’s digital channels, and I went on to create visual systems that would serve all target state projects.

Work for Winona included interface and visual design for the Times London Film Festival, British Film Institute, Amnesty International, theaters and universities.
